Join us for an afternoon of healing and tranformation! In this workshop Daniel Kalatsky will show you how profoundly easy it is to identify deep inner limitations to how we see ourselves and approach life by finding their reflections hiding in plain sight as tensions and tones within the body. Daniel has a profound gift for distilling his 30 years of experience into a clear and easy approach to helping yourself and others achieve profound levels of wellbeing.

Movements of Light is a modality/method through which the practitioner uses the physical body as a vessel to access the deeper layers of being in another, wherein lies the cause of dis-ease. It is a hands on Bodywork method in which the tensions and tones of the body are traced as the pathway of constriction of light, which causes a person to experience mental, emotional and physical imbalances. The aim of this work is to assist one in releasing these constrictions which ultimately are within the consciousness of one’s being, so that they can experience more of their true self and thus tap into their own ability to heal.

Cost: $200, Payable via Venmo to @lubycd or cash.

Soul Flow: Vinyasa Yoga for Dancers
Every Tuesday, 6:30pm at Piel Canela Dance School

This is a one hour vinyasa flow yoga class open to all levels (suitable for beginners), designed to help you breathe, move and strengthen from the inside out. Perfect for dancers who want to add dimensions of mindfulness and focus to their art. This class moves at a certain rhythm and has a musical and creative element which adds fun to functionality for a well-rounded practice.


Yoga and Mindfulness for Martial Artists
Every Sunday 9:15 to 10:45am at MAUSA Martial Arts School

Designed for martial arts practitioners, this Yoga class is geared towards increasing flexibility, strength and breath alignment through a one hour mindful asana (physical) practice followed by a half hour of meditation. This is internal training for those who want to deepen their personal practices and is suitable for all levels.

The meditation part of the class can be attended by itself and will start  promptly at 10:15am.
